Overview

This illustration was used to guide the project website project goals.

Situation:
High Concrete Group (a division of the High Companies) is a precast manufacturer with multiple plants in the Northeast part of the United States. Their old website was outdated and difficult to update with their recent solution information. They wanted to truly user-centric selling tool for their long sales cycle.

After a stakeholder discovery, we embarked on Customer surveys to nail down the needs and expectations of their customers base. This established a series of 6 personas, messaging patterns, and journey maps representing their customer needs at various points in that journey. This was used to determine the information architecture, sitemap and page sections. From here Wireframes and a visual design were developed and converted into user stories for the development team. This project was a 6 figure website development project which was completed in 9 months after a pause due to the COVID Pandemic.
