Discovery, Solution Approach and User Research
The Discovery section of the project included stakeholder suverys, interviews/workshops, brand advantage survey, customer survey/interviews, The business environment was also studied; competition, regulatory, marketing/sales practices, influencers, persuasion patterns, and controlled vocabulary.
Persona Development and Messaging Platform
During Discovery, primary (surveys and interviews) and secondary research produced 100 persona attributes condensed into 4 major and 4 minor persona models and messaging platforms. Only the Architect model and platform are shown here.
Information Architecture and UX Journey Workflow
To keep the project on-time and on-budget, we assumed the standard ecommerce page flow and focused most of our design efforts on the in-store pickup and delivery workflows.
The website was launched in Apr 2021 after a COVID delay. We continue to refine the site via speed and SEO optimzations along with analytic dashboard and marketing automation tools.
